SOHO HOUSE MEETS PIERRE FREY

Soho House 25th Anniversary

With Soho House celebrating its 25 years anniversary in 2020 and featuring Pierre Frey designs already in existing Soho Houses, the French Éditeur was the natural choice to collaborate with for a capsule collection of textile and furniture designs for spring 2020.

SOHO HOME BY PIERRE FREY

The collection has been developed through a mutual love for pushing design boundaries and experimenting with bold patterns and use of color.

Siobahn Farley, Design Director, Soho Home, commented: “The Soho Home Design team visited the Pierre Frey archives in Paris to develop the collection. It was here that teams began working with options from the Le Manach Toiles de Tours, 1928 collections, experimenting with the endless color options offered by the range of jacquards, all of which are woven in a mill in the North of France. This collaboration was a meeting of minds and we’ve enjoyed taking a daring approach. Having the added benefit of being able to design your own pieces is brilliant and the end result is a collection that is accessible and adaptable, offering unique designs we can really own.”

The collection consists of an edit of Soho Home’s renowned furniture and textile shapes which have been reimagined with unique Le Manach fabrics by Pierre Frey.Styles include the Benin Cushion, Congo Cushion, Boma Cushion, Bamako Chair, Zanzibar Footstool and Les Perles Bed. Soho Home is the interiors collection from Soho House featuring furniture, lighting, tableware, textiles and accessories inspired by, or seen in, the Houses worldwide.
